Rooftop Productions' presents You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown  at the Kellar Theater in the Center for the Arts on Fridays and Saturdays, May 5-20, 2017. The production is based on the comic strip “Peanuts” by Charles M. Schulz with book, music and lyrics by Clark Gesner and directed by Ted Ballard. This is a great show for the entire family!

Tickets purchased online will be available at will call the day of the show. Open seating. All ticket sales are final.

Experienced Zentangle enthusiasts, join us for this one-day advanced workshop. Continue your journey toward mastery and meet other tanglers for a fun afternoon of meditative creativity at the Candy Factory! This class is for students who have taken Basic and Advanced Zentangle classes. Bring your Zentangle supplies. Supply fee will cover special newly released Zentangle products & light snacks.

Learn to take better photos and to optimize images on your computer. We’ll start the session using Historic Manassas as a photo-shoot location, then we will manipulate our digital files with Adobe Photoshop in the Candy Factory’s computer lab. Using pictures taken during class or from home we will translate raw photos into compelling graphic compositions. Phone & tablet cameras welcome. This introductory class is suitable for children and adults. Enrollment limited to 8 students.
Course fee includes tuition and $20 supply fee per person.

Dance Programs

Join us for the fabulous dance sessions one Sunday of each month from 4-6pm at the Center for the Arts. Beginners and advanced dancers are all welcome.

The Arts on the Go project consists of three self-contained interactive exhibits, each with a distinct theme.  Two modules (Habitats and Energy Matters) have been designed for use in elementary schools, and a third module (PowerUP!) has been created for middle school students.
