See the world and interpret your vision in a new way with this colorful approach to the drawing & painting process. Line, light, shadow, proportion, form, texture, value and color will be best understood by drawing and painting from life. Each week we will choose subjects drawing from the masters for inspiration. We will practice contour & gesture drawing and the use of a viewfinder to make compositions. Learn to select & set up a well-lit still life arrangement of objects you find interesting. Become accustomed to the transition of a charcoal drawing to a painting made in vibrant acrylics, truly one of the most versatile mediums for artists!
